breakfast very good and not expensive, good location, rooms were ok. onsen pleasant. for parking you need to use affiliated public parking and later buy a parking ticket when you check in, it saves you a lot of money.

a nice stay in a hotel with public bath :)

very good hotel, has even public bath! about 10 minutes walk to the station, via the city center, many restaurants around. Breakfast was very good as well. would stay again, no issues!

Good location, clean with onsen bath; friendly and helpful staff.

Very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities. Has its own onsen bath and coin laundry.

Rooms are small and it is hard to have suitcases other than a small carry-on. The western selection at the breakfast buffet is very limited.

Nice amenities and good location but very small room.

Good covenant location in downtown Shizuoka. The amenities were good, such as free soft drinks and coffee in the evening when the restaurant was closed. The public bath was not bad.

Very small room and a long walk to the train station (17 minutes), which not so convenient if you have larger suitcases

Best place I stayed at in 25 days since arriving in japan

The people are really nice, they helped me a lot finding different stores etc., I would definitely stayed longer if I didnt had already booked a room few citys away. Best part of Shizuoka, you're pretty fast at the Bus Station and Railway, there is a nice quite Park area around and you can experience night life, Izakayas and Maid Cafés to it's best.

I could have stayed 3 more days but I didn't and moved to the next city

Good location, helpful staff, convenient amenities.

Very well located, with friendly staff and a local japanese bath. Rooms are small, but the twin room has more space.

The breakfast buffet has very limited western options.

Helpful staff

Decent size for a Japan Hotel. It has enough space to move around a little bit. Washer and Dryer was very helpful. There was a microwave as well, which was really nice since I enjoyed convenience store meals a lot. Not too close to the station but walking to the station was a good exercise. The staff also assisted in receiving my luggage from my previous hotel in Osaka and sending it as well to my next hotel in Tokyo (Yamato Service). Decent breakfast buffet spread. Coffee and Softdrinks are also available for a certain time each day.

I dropped my Suica IC card behind the headboard and could no longer be retrieved :(
